THE EVIL OF MMM.
written by Dennis Raymond
(Imo state University)

The acronym MMM as stated above in recent times cannot be confused for Money Making Machine (The previously popular meaning of the acronym). It stands for the Mavrodi Mundial Movement. A scheme that shares the ideology of communal contributions. MMM seeks to create a community where people give willing donations to each other, donations are not compulsory and no one is forced to donate. However there is a little benefit attached to donating. This benefit have helped to bring people on board this scheme and so far so good. MMM advice's you to only donate spare money and MMM has no account so there is no direct deposit.

MMM is currently present in about 118 countries, in recent times, it has always faced government and media persecution wherever it goes, the reason for this isn't far fetched. MMM could mean an end to the current world order.
However the focus of his article isn't on MMM Global, but MMM Nigeria.
Prior to the month of December while MMM Nigeria had its share of government and media persecution. But everything came to a head on Tuesday 13th of December 2016, when as was the routine, MMM took a very temporary measure to prevent an imbalance in the system due to the usual festive rush, the system was experiencing more demands and lesser supply, and issues like fake proof of payments and default in payment.
The administrator in light of this sad development took a wise, albeit, discomforting step to stem the rise of this ills. They froze payments for 30days. In a sane country, such a measure should have gone unnoticed as this was temporary.
Alas, the media jumped on this and chose to spread false news, insisting and stating emphatically in their articles that MMM Nigeria has come to an end. Headlines were overboard as they were forged to create fear in the minds of the populace
Now let me show you something. MMM Nigeria since it's inception has had millions of testimonies. I, for one, is a living testimony (like my Christian brethren would say) MMM helped me settle my professional exam bills worth 58k, which ordinary my parents can't afford. Back at home, we literally live from hand to mouth, my school fees for the immediate past semester seemed insurmountable, but through the help I got from MMM I was able to pay up and write my end of session exams, currently I am getting help by January to enable me afford my annual house rent which is quite expensive since my school hostels are run by private individuals.
A friend of mine, James who stopped schooling early this year because his dad had absconded with another woman and left him to fend for himself. His dreams of working in a financial institution was being dashed before his very eyes. He wasn't able to buy text books and pay tuition fees, he had to squat with mates who treated him with contempt because he couldn't afford to contribute to the house. Three months ago, he resumed school, having received help from MMM, his hopes back on and his tears wiped away.
MMM participants are practically training him in school.
A man who sells in front of my hostel gate, Papa Chibueze, who as long as I can recall has been there for quite a number of years, sadly had more children than he could cater for two of his kids were out of school and malnutrition was obviously a problem for this family of 8. Everyday his kids would sit at home doing nothing and watching their contemporaries commute to and from school. The first child In particular is very brilliant and always asked us questions when opportuned to. He obviously loved to be like us, go to school and become a useful tool in the society.
The recession hit his father business badly, making things worse for the family until MMM, his dad who was recently made a guider, has been able to put all of them in good schools move to a better house and expand his business, again MMM participants have put a smile on the face of another family.

MMM currently has about 1million to 3million members, this consists of families, students, workers e.t.c. This people no longer feel the deep bites of the current recession. People are happy and dreams are being saved. Yet the supposed Elite have refused to see this, they have refused to envisaged the amount of harm they are causing by spreading panic. They think they are helping but No, they are about to send me and some of my mates out of school. They are about to kill the dreams of more than a thousand students and Nigerian future leaders who rely on MMM to see themselves through the tertiary institution.
They want families back to square one, they want papa chibueze's first son to grow into an uneducated nuisance. Yes, they feel smart for spreading panic and condemning the scheme, yet they refuse to consider how dumb it will be if the writer of this article has to stop going to school because of their smartness, or if business that can no longer get loans from banks collapse and people are jobless.
I hope this article makes them think deeper. What one doesn't understand, he tends to hate, but I implore you try now harder than ever before to understand how MMM works, and if you don't like it, leave it for us.

To MMM participants Nigeria, be steadfast, this is only temporary, by January, MMM would bounce back and there would be payouts, don't join in spreading panic. Spread the truth, MMM is real and its helping.
You can as well provide help now, as this entitles you to 50% bonus

Together we shall overcome.

Seun, MMM participants share this article as many times as you can. Let's stop the false news.

As one would expect, the admin won't let this see front page. If you notice, the OP had to use a negative topic, else it would have been blatantly deleted almost immediately by the same admin who encourage fake unconfirmed news to demerit and discredit the scheme.

Honesty in admittance of truth can never be overshadowed. Many lives have become better by this scheme and many more will be.

Kill the panic and keep on with the regular routine. Feel free to ask questions OR chat me up.

By January all must smile.

Together we will change Nigeria, even amidst the recession.

Guilders outrageous bonuses is causing imbalances in the system. It is either the bonuses are reduced or scrabed completely. Let there be bonuses for only direct down lines. Or else even if MMM comes back, what happened this December will still repeat itself.
This mavro freezing really messed up my plan this December, thank God I had plan B. I have added Lg home theater and 32" led TV to my cart on Jumia, just waiting for December 27th to order, with my MMM payout of course grin, but now I have to wait till January to GH,All izz well cry

Osusu is a grp of people pulling funds for one. that's different from collecting money from new subscribers to pay the old subscribers. If u must know, the act in itself is criminal n in saner climes the promoters of such would be sleepin in a cell by now!

It's just too unique. Especially in granting you freedom to invest whatever amount you so wish and still get ur 30% returns monthly. The site is probably the most secure website I know because unlike others who have been hosted on US servers, this is hosted on a Russian server and is impenetrable by hackers. Even when an upgrade is being done on their servers, they stay online to avoid provoking an unnecessary panic. That alone wins a lot of souls over. because africans are panic masters who need to be followed with serious caution.

My brother, i admire you people's courage with this thing, but if you have to depend on something like this before you can buy 32 inches TV, after 30 days it means you are no different from anyone who holds on to job where he can be sacked at anytime-- you are not in control.

I was able to get 5 persons to pay me 25k each yesterday after making a post on facebook. Zero invested cool. That's control!!!

Is Buhari government a serious government?

A government that is owing workers salary for many months

A government that Buhari is busy praising someone like Saraki during his recent birthday

What you don't know is that no one can block MMM website as the server is not in Africa.

Just read this:

NIGERIA ITSELF IS A PONZI SCHEME AND WE ALL ARE INTO IT:
Oyo State has just paid the salary of civil servants in the state yesterday according to the release from the government. It was even read in the news that June and July salaries were paid to workers because the government wants to ensure that they have a rollicking Christmas.
Can you beat that? June and July salary in December? And they are still bold enough to go on air and announced to the world that they have paid their workers. If not because their conscience is dead, how Will you be paying June salary in December and you are still telling them that you are interested in their welfare?
Is this the kind of government you will be listening to?
Do you think they have our interest at heart?
Why not let us work together and build this God-sent MMM.
JUST READ THIS WRITE UP BELOW:
Before you mock anybody for investing in MMM, think about this.
I invested all my Savings from NYSC in Savanah Bank, The Bank Packed up and left me with Nothing. I bought 10,000 shares in Transcorp when Obasanjo and "Madam Stock Exchange" initially sold the fraud to Nigerians but up till today, no shares were allocated to me and my money was not refunded. I remember my then employer deducting money from my wages and paying into government owned Housing Fund and also into the National Pension Fund, the 2 bodies were dissolved and my money dissolved with it. My Father and millions of Nigerians also paid into the same funds for more than 30 years and nothing came out of it.
Some state governments are owing their workers up to 1 year wages, the federal government and some parastatals are not different.
My father-in-law gave his life to NTA as a photojournalist travelling all over the country to cover events. Many years after his death, his widow is still waiting for NTA to pay his entitlements.
Remember how government came up with idea of community banks and encouraged Nigerians to patronise them, remember Allied Bank, Lobi Bank, Abacus Bank, City Express Bank, Assurance Bank of Nigeria, Hallmark Bank Plc, Ivory Merchant Bank, Lead Merchant Bank, Metropolitan Bank, All States Trust Bank, Coop and Commerce Bank, Commerce Bank, Credite Bank, Pinnacle Commercial Bank, Kapital Merchant Bank, Ivory Merchant Bank, Prime Merchant Bank, Republic Bank, Eagle Bank Plc, Liberty Bank, Progress Bank, North South Bank, Pan African Bank; remember pensioners who had their money in Societe Generale, dont forget the traders whose lives were destroyed by Gulf Bank, and many more too numerous to mention. Should we blame these people for keeping their hard earned money in NDIC insured banks ? Dont ask me about NDIC please.
On a different scale, remember how many hours you spent at the polling booth to vote for Buhari, remember how we all campaigned vigorously to remove Jonathan and how many people you encouraged to vote for PMB. What has come out of it for us all ?
How about the money you worked hard for and contributed when your Churches /Mosques wanted to establish those private universities and now your children are excluded from the qualitative education they offer because you can not afford the tuition fees ? What do you think about the money you pay to NEPA or whatever it is called now every month regardless of whether they supply you electricity or not ?
How are these different from MMM.
I agree that some people are into MMM because of greed but most of those who invested in MMM did so because they have been duped by some government backed schemes in the past. There is poverty in the land and people are looking for ways to survive. They knew the risk they were getting into and were all willing to take the risk. Afterall, living in Nigeria at all at this moment is a risk and working for the government is also a risk slightly lower than investing in MMM.
The truth is every Nigerian living in Nigeria is into one form of MMM or the other and I do not see any sense in mocking anybody for taking a risk, as long as it is with their own money. Afterall, Nigeria itself itself is a ponzi scheme.

they are just trying to help somehow..?

nigerian govt has unexplored OMLs and 40percent of all oil production by multinational oil companies..

what hare they doing with it?

where are the groundnut pyramids?
where are the palm fruits?

why has the price of all goods from he north doubled in this year when diesel was not increased?

this artificial inflation will not kill us in the southern nigeria..
