Magu has so much info about the NA members that can indict them that's why they wont confirm him...
But he is corrupt. Infact they suppose to Arrest him and investigate him more, that is his way of interrogation.

It is better for Buhari to resign than appoint another EFCC boss bc cleansing corruption from the House of Assembly was the No1 reason he was elected.

Saraki and his gang must not be allowed to decide who heads the EFCC.

Never outshine your masters magu. You went too far to please Buhari and APC by going against oppositions, once they decamped to APC, their cases droped like nothing happend.

U don't knw what u are talking about. Senate has every right to remove him jst after six months of his non confirmation by the normal 2/3 of the house voting for his removal. U can make enquiry on that.
I see your ignorance is highest order, if you don't know magu has been in office as acting chairman since November 2015. Senate can only recommend his sack, they cannot remove him, in their letter to president they asked him to take further actions, if he refuses to do anything magu remains in acting capacity, e go clear for una face soon. No need to twist anything, senate has no right over magu the president does. Don't let hate for a man overtake you that you come online and start saying gibberish. BTW you think Senate gonna have 2/3, I laugh in greek when PMB has his loyalist, like I said the war has just began

The senate has looked into that and has chosen what makes sense from one of the so called two DSS reports. They're our representatives and they said based on the reports, Magu did not pass the intergrity test. They have a valid reason not to confirm any corrupt man until Buhari nominate someone clean, if any. Get over it!.

LOL DSS send 2 reports one of it indicate Magu lives in a #40million house and the other the DSS clear him and ask him to be given a chance..

Now Senate choose one and throw the other away without even given Magu chance to defend himself hahahahha..

Well waiting to see how Buhari will treat the issue..

Funny. When did Magu ever grant an accused fair hearing? Now he desires fair hearing. When he was gallivanting round the media declaring people guilty before court papers were filed, did he not know that one day the bush meat will come back for the hunter?
Honestly I wonder the kind of education you people get.

First tell me anyone of them that does not have a case in court?

Seriously are you educated at all?

All of them have their cases in court so what do you call that?

What do they even do in courts? Is it not to hear cases(fair hearing)? If that is not fair hearing then you need a better education.

You know what, have a deep thinking before you give me a reply or I won't be so nice the next time.

Btw do a research on the meaning of fair hearing before exchanging comments with me. Ok.

Hmmmm you seem to still underestimate the power of a President, All Buhari need to do is to get about 5 strong Member on the floor on his side and the floor will be turn into ring and any attempt to suspend them from the house will lead to chaos and that will give the President power to order closure of the chamber, Even Saraki might be impeached...

Guy it is obvious your education was clearly a waste of time and resource that should have been put to use to better the lot of deserving people than you.

So to you in a criminal case you charge people to court before you arrest them abi. So that they can run away like Tompolo has done.

Google is your friend but you choose to argue instead of doing research. When you have substantial evidence of crime against someone, you have the right to detain them before charging them to court.

BTW if the DSS is sure that their is an evidence of crime in what Magu has done why not detain him and make him face the law instead of the Senate condemning him based on frivoulous evidence provided by DSS.

The meaning of the whole thing is that if your sister accuse you of raping her, your father will just disown you without hearing your own side of the story or even investigating.

In the Nigerian law, the burden of proof is on the accuser. It means you are assumed innocent until proven guilty. The Senate refused to prove him guilty before pronouncing him guilty.

So I hope you use your brain this time around to understand the issue here otherwise don't bother to quote me. I won't reply.
