Shouldn't this man be more concerned about getting that sand off the streets and adding covered drains and sidewalks to the streets? That's what we call Change, not some fancy bridge.

And when the old pedestrian bridge collapses due to excess stress from users or people get knocked down by cars while crossing the road.......at least their bodies will be on a road without sand.
