no idea really ...
Please any one with info on banks that are still processing Form A real quick should help

Since you don't care about cheapest way rather the fastest way. I'll reckon you to buy dollar from the black market and pay in your dollar account then transfer to the Sch. Or if you're working with an agent let him get one for you because I believe they do get link on that.

@ Doodoo10 Sirchino and other guys having issues with petroleum not being on the sol list. Please, in order not to waste your time, apply for PR with engineering technologist. Take my advice very well, so you won't have regrets. EA will happily give you technologist. Ask for it. There is also a queue for technologist but at least, it is on the SOL and also on CSOL. If you cn get your points to 70, you have no stress with getting PR with technologist. No.matter the thousands you pour into a petroleum masters, your pr chances remain the same..You can only hope for state nomination.Take my advice very well and START PREPARATIONS NOW.

@Mctowel01,
Thanks bro for your advise. Pls could you kindly respond to my pm.

My brother....It's kinda difficult right now oo, since the people abroad knows about abokifx now and everyone wants to take advantage.
I paid mine with aboki when it was 465pd. It's really annoying knowing that with form A I would have saved like 750k.

I will say there is no time again oo, just find a way to pay fast.

Re: General Australian student Visa Enquiries Part 2 by bellong: 10:34pm On Dec 22, 2016
@Segunwamiri,

From what you posted, the main reason you were refused is not providing enough supporting evidence for your trip. You (or your agent) probably didn't give supporting documents for the business trip or what you provided wasn't convincing enough.

Nothing difficult in applying for visa yourself if you follow the information on their website. It is neither cumbersome nor difficult if you provide all the information required with supporting documents. Agents cannot be as passionate as you to present your case. They are mostly after the money and not your satisfaction.

What you can do if you have to apply again is provide enough documents to support your application and convince the case officer of your true intention for a temporary visa. When you get to provide further information to support your application or something like that, you can explain you used an agent previously, because you were very busy at the time if it is why, who didn't provide all the documents you supplied to him and didn't realise until decision was made on your application. If you communicated with the agent by email to register your displeasure, you can attach a copy of the email to support your claim.

In other news, why are you applying for a business tourist visa?

@ bellong:

Thanks a lot for your input in my post and your immense contribution on this thread. I always look out for it everyday I come on Nairaland.

Meanwhile, I know I would likely get some spanking from you for this post
embarassed

First of all, I would like to confess that my desperation pushed me in this direction. I perceived it was a risky path but I was willing to follow it since there was no financial risk. It was supposed to be payment after service. This agent insisted he could get me either a 401 or 457 but stage one would be to apply for the Business visitor's visa then bla bla bla..... He claimed that it's an insider job. In short, I later discovered it all were lies having observed differences in the 457 online sample sticker and the copy on his DP.

Two major things give me concern- Current employer as indicated by the agent isn't true as well as a Non existing family member while the ones really existing were ommitted in the subclass 600 visa application. NOW, I wish to do it right by entering the right information in my next application which is likely to be a student visa.

Please what are the likely implications of this?Anyone is welcomed to contribute.

Cheers

^^^^ For a start, do you have any email exchange with the agent as per his error?

What is your real purpose for the visa application?

Good evening all. Pls how possible is it to get a visitor visa to australia or new zealand just for 1 month holiday on a virgin passport. From my reserch, it is easier to convert such visa to a work visa if you get a work offer. That is my aim. I do not have a relative or friend there to send me invitation. I plan to use hotel reservation and flight return ticket as the invitation.

If you live in Nigeria or third world country, it will be a bit hard to get a visitors visa except if you can prove to them that you're a genuine visitor and that you intend to go back before your visa runs out.
If you are rich, it will be easier too.

I live in New Zealand so I can only talk more about Immigration New Zealand and how best to deal with them.

If I know your true intention (visiting or moving permanently) then I will give you the best option on how to go about it.

SegunWamiri:

Assessment
I have considered the information provided on your visa application form. You have declared that you are a 31 year old engaged male Nigerian national who wishes to travel to Australia to attend vForum on 09 and 10/11/2016. You state that you are employed at Isolo lcda since 01/03/2010.

You have not travelled to Australia nor have you provided acceptable evidence of travel to countries comparable to Australia. You have provided no acceptable documentation to support your claims of travel to Australia temporarily for business purposes. You have provided no evidence of funds to support your proposed stay in Australia or evidence of credentials or employment, invitation etc. or have you demonstrated strong enough incentive to return to your home country. I therefore have strong concerns regarding the genuineness of your claimed intention to visit Australia temporarily for business reasons or that you will abide by the visa conditions.

On balance I find that you do not meet subclause 600.211.

NB: I gave the so called agent copies of my child's birth certificate, expired UK student and schengen visitors' visa but according to records, he didn't upload them. He also said I'm engaged instead of married while he still went ahead and upload my marriage certificate.

Your mistake was involving an agent at the first place, you could have done it on your own. Secondly, it is better to seek advice from people who had, had experience with a particular country immigration than to allow some visa agents to handle your application.

If you had lived in the UK as a student and also have a schengen visitors visa as your comment suggests, it would have helped your application, and if you have given them enough supporting documents to show that you intend to go back before your visa runs out.
If you still plan to apply again for Aussie or NZ visa, I will be glad to help if you tell me your true intention

No, I don't have an email exchange as per the error but I could do that today if you feel that might help sir

Real purpose of visa was for a temporary work permit(401/457) having believed the LIES of insider job

Yes, do it today. Raise the errors with him in strong terms. Condemn his actions and put things in perspective. You keep his response as evidence.

What are your qualifications and experience?

Unfortunately your best option is using the black market or if you are lucky to find a genuine person on this thread who is looking at transferring money back home then you both can be beneficial to each other.

Hello Folks,

Please, I am moving to Perth and I had wanted to get a driver's license before I leave Ghana. But I have such a short time and the process is still time consuming even if you 'pay'. Can I get a WA licence whiles I get there as a student?

What is your advice please?

If you come in as a temporary resident you can drive with your license until the day you leave but if you decide to convert your foreign license it can only be done after you have lived in Australia for 6 months or more. If you come in as a permanent resident you have 3months to convert your license.

If you don have your foreign license on you mean you have to start from the scratch (get a learner's license) that also mean you must have someone with an Australian full license to be with you in the car before you drive. To cut the long story short, it will be ideal for you to start the processing and arrange for the license to be sent to you once it's out. Otherwise you have UpTo 3years to get an Australian full license if you decide to start from the beginning.

Thanks once again. I have a BSc. in Sociology Nigeria-2005-2009, NYSC-2009-2010, MSc. Management in UK-2012-2013, No formal employment till date. However, I do assist a friend (who works as an Admin/Human resource manger for a property and construction firm once in a while) with some logistics, site inspection assignments and sometimes paper work. I have also been trying out some small small businesses but no head way yet.

With regards to the displeasure mail to the agent, I'm on it as I would like to carefully construct it.
