If he was looking for 30% from nowhere in 30 days and he got it even before day 1, don't expect him to return it immediately without looking for how he could get another 30% on the 72,000 first before deciding if it's worth returning.

But if it's on a normal business transaction devoid of greedy people you would expect him to return or we probably won't hear about it on social media.

I hear embassies now comb the Internet for info on visa applicants. Same also applies to banks, IOCs,FMCGs and even other relatively smaller companies.

If the uni he attends is a decent uni he should be suspended or even rusticated.

when you make such mistake, first thing you di is first check for the customer care number of the receiving bank tobinform them, there will be a no debit placed on that particular amount.
Next call your bank that there was a transactional error , and if its first bank a mail will be sent on your behalf to the receiving bank. This has to be done immediately the error is noticed and usually takes within 72hrs to 14days to reverse.
