Some people are not satisfied with the simple NO Mark gave simply because he was not emphatic about it, but that does not mean he is one or not. All the interpretations people are giving here do not make sense. So lets respect each other's belief.

One reason why a lot of people would not call themselves Atheists is this - "nobody has infinite intelligence." It is okay for these people to have doubts about the existence of a supreme creator but to out-rightly say there is no God is something they wouldn't do.
