Yes. I have had such documents in transactions that I played the role of a facilitator. I wasn't a partner and I could easily lie just the way that you are that you are a partner.

I told we we recently sold a two rice milling plants to some foreign investors and as the transaction went on I had access to all the confidential company documents as a facilitator. I could easily lie and claim I was a partner no body knows how you got access to the docs only you know that. Just prove to us that you are a partner by showing us your name on the list of partners either on the website or on the documents. Abi the partnership wey wuna do na for mouth? Is there no legal document supporting your status as a partner?

You all need to first find out what a geo survey report is and what it implies and then move on to electrical usage records, court records and production records then you know how private those docs are as they are often kept in bank vaults.
