I don't know who these chipmunks are but signing a label deal for 2 years is one of the dumbest shìt I have heard of...

A good label deal is usually in the 4-6 year range, it establishes the musician and brings money to the Label, if you are under the Notion a 2 year label deal will make you, you are living on some hallucinatory stuff.

In the US, we have like 3 Label companies Sony, Universal and Warner and lots of sublabels signed under them.

He don"t want anybody to be a Slave under him.

The role of record label in artistes' career cannot b ovaestimated. Dey played a very great role. Only one out of hundred artistes excels without d influence of dia record labels.

Why most Nigeria artiste don't last long is because they allow success and greed get to them easily. They drop at best one successful album, and the next thing they want to go set their own studio after all, equipments are easy to acquire. They don't understand off stage management and how to run a successful business venture. Just because we banged our heads to their jamz, they think they are now fit to stand alone.

I can bet you that Harrysong's career is gone already. For these ybnl guys, I will advise them to hustle for re-signing particularly chinko and viktoh. Those ones don't have feet yet.
