Learning to read the body language of a person can make life a lot easier for yourself when you're just not sure if someone is being exactly truthful with you. Relationships can be really fun when there's love, passion, long walks on the beach and even longer loving gazes in to each other's eyes. There's confession's of undying love and commitment, and promises never to hurt or be deceitful to one another. On the flip side, with this can also come jealously, rage and sometimes ultimately deception. And to make things even more complicated, it can be really hard to see the facts clearly when you are right in the thick of things.

For a trained eye, the body language speaks volumes about the mental transactions happening in a person. All the physical gestures we make during our interactions with others are subconsciously interpreted by the people. This can become boon or bane depending upon the kind of gestures we make during our interactions with others. For instance, defensive postures during an interview may show our under-confidence to the interviewing panel. Some other gestures exude the confidence we feel at the time of interaction. If your ex is still keeping in touch with you after the break up then it is a sure sign that they are hanging on in some way.
