Have you had STD before?.
Sometimes, when STDs are mistreated it causes this. Especially when you stool, you'll experience discharge from your penis.

All the same visit your doctor and don't hide anything from him, i mean your sexual and social life including the type of toilet you uses. He may conduct SWAP test etc on you. Pls, DON'T allow anybody to treat you without TEST. And after the treatment, go for confirmatory test @ least in two different hospitals and always do this from time to time.

First of all the symptoms you are giving above are few and so it can mean anything... from nothing at all to something really serious.. (like gonorrhea or chlamydia)

now it seems that you detected it early which is good in case it is something serious..

Noe here is what to do and questions you need to answer and also tell the doctor..

Have you had sex without condom for the past 3 months ??
have had sex with person new within the last 3 months..??
Do you take sex enhancement drugs
How often you have sex

Now rush to the hospital because the longer you wait the more life threatening it may become.

remember any future alien discharge should be reported to the doctor immediately...
