Heheheheheh hehehehe it's easy too, same time a male takes to wear his own condom, is the same time a female can use to wear hers. Only the explanation looks lengthy but it's same.

Moreover, Female condoms don't Break/Tear During Usage, Unlike that of the male that bursts, The tendency is different
