My dear it's not for pregnant women. hsg is one of the routine test women trying to conceive go through.
HSG is an x-ray that checks out the fallopian tubes for blockages and the outline of the uterus.

HTB (hydrotubation) is used for unblocking tubes.

Part 1
I was prep 4 my intro late 2015, when I started having Lower abs pains, I started going 4 scans, hvs n all, taking antibiotics, still same until after my intro Jan last year , a dr tolD me to start trying, so I did but was always once in a while since dh n I stays separately. A day after my registry was so sick went 4 scan n series of test n was told my appendix has tripled n has to be removed that's 2weeks to my wedding, the dr insist it has to be removed to avoid stories that touches the heart, so we did a day after my registry, it wasn't easy at all o, a week after I was discharged I started feeling sick, 3days to my wedding that's less than 2weeks after the surgery, it was soo bad until I did pt n it came out positive, we were soo excited but scared, wedding went well but I was patched up, cos I stopped taking drugs, I was throwing up, my incision site was bringing out pus, tnk God 4 my life, I was so scared my baby won't come out fine cos of all the antibiotics.

Part 2
1st trim was hell, I throw up all the time, feel dizzy, I perceive everytin, everyting irritates me, I was also taking care of my incision site, no appetite, it was so bad,my hair was out of place, I no see road, I no even know were my make up kit was sef.. 2nd trim was ok, I do shakara small, incision site had closed up. 3rd trim started, another wahala, my lo was soo active. I felt every kick,twist,turns n all, at a point I wasn't comfy with it again, I had to pray 4 grace n then lo was always kicking my incision site. Sometimes I come online to spill my mind n even cc some mama's but got no response xept 4rm dunni (sorry if I didn't spell ur moniker well) so I became an active peeper, but became frnds to suzy offline..
Part 3
At 37wk the pain was much but GoD's grace kept me going,i became restless started squats n walks, that week I had very strong contractions in the night arnd 2am like 3times but notin again, on sun I went to the clinic was told am 2cm (VE is sooo painful o) but notin serious yet, went home with dh, on tue I lost the mucus plug n I was having contraction., I managed till wed anc day, I was checked n told 3cm n was sent home.i than they Waka like duck, I couldn't sleep that night, my jajaina wan comot 4 my pelvic shai, hubby no fit sleep sef, as the contraction they come I they squat, na hot water I they drink n bath with. Dh no fit leave me o, we carry ourself go the maternity again them talk say na 4cm but baby's head no gree descend say I they lazy make dh no ans me make we they go.. hmmmmm... I reach house come they do power woman the contraction than reach every 10min I was crying we lock master's bedroom cos of my mum thinking I need excersice, stupid us, I just they groan 4 inside till Fri o. By Fri around 11, hubby talk say make we go 4 induction or augmentation, whichever 1, na him we come call maternity they say no that we re just 38wks +, I call hospital they talk say cos of the surgery I haD previously them no fit, na him we confuse, them talk say make I go 4 walk n squat, which I Did, by evening I than they cry na him my mama too they cry we come carry ourself go maternity 1st them say they no fit help me with medication cos my appendectomy site never heal well and I might av internal bleeding if given drip that we should go 4 cs. My hubby n mum were so angry that it took them 2days to tell us the truth. that was how we were referred cos the other private hsp I reg is far. As we reach we 1st collect card n I was taking to the sonographer 4 scan na him they talk say baby's heartbeat than drop that we have to bring him out that minute, na him my dh they worried, he signed concept form n paid, they rushed me in n within 10min my prince was brot out, hmmmmm...Wetin my eye see 4 that theatre I no fit talk am o. the nurses took my baby to his dad, he told me baby wasn't crying nor moving, he was beating, still nothing, my mum had started crying. He was rushed back to the theatre and hubby said they spent another 5min on him before he cried. I was stitched and my baby was brought to me, my piece of the moon, cute and strong.. recovery is another chapter on its own. Am grateful to be alive with my baby. Safe delivery to all mama's n to ATC mama's, this year u will laugh.

Congrats ma, thank God it ended in praise. Your prince is a prince charming indeed.

HSG is to check for blocked tubes and HTB is to unblock the tubes. Sadly, my doctor was a cut and nail doctor looking for fast money, so he performed HTB on me as a first line of treatment without even wanting to know if my tubes were blocked or not ( they weren't!). After that na hin I run leave the mad man.....

Hi sorry I disappeared after delivering without dropping my bs. Here it comes in summary. So my edd was 5th, n 12th December according to LMP n 1st scan respectively. So I went for antenatal on d 7th n d nurse was lyk any sign I said no jus normal braxton hicks off n on painless though. She nw said I'd b induced if I don't fall into labor by my nxt appointment, I jus 'yimmued' at her cos I actually didn't want to give birth until 12th for reason I dnt knw. As far as I was concerned my baby wasn't baked enough. Fast forward to 8th December, had my normal evening walk den went to bed early, couldn't slip all nyt had serious painful contractions 10 mins interval. Saw mucus plug wen I wiped later in d morning. Went to the hospital was checked I was jus 2cm dilated, contractions stopped It was so disappointed. Was sent back home only for contractions to come back with full force on getting home I decided to wait it out, wen it became unbearable we headed to the hospital around 9pm after 2 hours of labour and 5 pushes my princess came out I was given a small cut. I wish all waddling mamas safe n easy delivery. Tip for ftm pls conserve your energy during d contractions if possible don't scream too much, I did and almost couldnt push wen it was tym.

lol, same with my doc, after every every he said that we can't conceive naturally that he book us for IVF. Dh did not even answer him and I missed my period after 3months

For Abuja mama's shopping for their lo's, I found a shop in wuse 2, they are currently doing sales, 3 clothes for 5k and 3 pairs of jeans for 10k. I bought a few clothes there today and they are good.

Abeg is this normal.. abeg pls, don't ignore o..

Congrats again ma. Your BS gave me mixed feelings. ...angry at the maternity people and thanking God for giving the hospital doctors the skills to resuscitate. The incision site shouldn't be bringing out pus......that's a serious infection it is not normal. Please go back to the hospital or better still go to another hospital
By the way your son is sooooo cute

Mine never brought out Pus ooo. In fact, I started tying wrapper on my tummy after 3 weeks. Though the doctor told me to wait for one month before tying shaa. So I don't think is normal but u should confirm from the hospital

Hello beautiful mama's. did emergency CS 19th December 2016 was able to walk after 2hours of the surgery..but after I have been discharged and got home I couldn't eat well,am not lactating well baby has been on formula I went to the hospital dey told me all is well.but am still weak and baby vigil too plz is this how it works plz help don't pass me by.

I went back, the site looks ok n neat. The matron pressed out sometin that looks like stock water n says it's normal that I av adipose tissue n am on the big side, n it wasn't elective cs, VE has been done several times.

Hey teamie, take a deep breath!!! U will be fine...
I suffered serious loss of appetite after my delivery too (CS). Its getting better now but I force myself to eat cos of my DD.

Its good that ur using formula to supplement so that Baby gets nutrients both ways. U need to try and encourage urself to eat o pls pls its necessary both for ur system and ur lo.

Try starting with fruits and gradually eat food in small portions so that u don't get tired. As for the vigilante, Na wetin we sign up for Na
With time ur LO will change pattern and start sleeping at nights.

For now, pls brace urself and be strong for urself and ur Lo.

I didn't ask about onesies because I have too many. I bought shorts and shirts. Casual shirts. They also have clothes for toddlers and teenagers going for same price of 3 for 5k
