Sorry u didnt get a reply 2 ur question at that time only by Dunni29 but I noticed u hardly even reply to ur roll calls either, its not fresh!. Thats not a reason 2 ignore a mama tho, but note that some dont hv answers or experience on wat u are going tru and sometimes some take out time 2 reply yet dias no acknowledgement of seeing the reply from the mama who asked, this is also not fresh! Even if its just roll call, someone takes out time 2 do it. Sorry 4 d long epistle, this is so others can also take note.

I bought the one the regular one but the foreign made. The naija made that I saw had too many sharp edges.
But you should go for what you can afford

When you want to buy, ask the person selling for the one u can use from infant to toddler. It'll be more expensive but you will find some. Make sure u also confirm from the carton thaybit can be used from infant to toddler

I was given 3 diff edd on which I prefer to birth on the 1st of January. fast forward to dec, I got to my ob gyn he told me dat the preggie is measuring 2weeks ahead dat i should go for scan and come and give him the report. When I got to scan center the woman was like you can't be birthing in Jan you probably forgot your your lmp, your new date is Dec 25th.

On 23rd of Dec I was cleaning the house when the contraction started. Note I've always been induced for my previous babies I don't know how normal contraction is.
So I waited to 24th in the afternoon before calling the person dat would take me to the hospital. On getting to the hospital i was measuring 5cm already and I was so happy dat i will soon meet my boy. 4hrs later I was checked 7cm and I was like what? Though I didn't feel any pain cos I was given epidural, by 9pm I was still 8cm and I was getting tired already cos lying down waiting for my baby was not interesting. By 10pm my baby heartbeat started dropping and all the nurses and doc were confused on what could be the cause. So I was told to sign for cs immediate I developed fever I started shivering and they were calming me down to be strong for my boy, immediately I was placed on oxygen and when they noticed I was talking to my husband they quickly took me to the theatre, in 15min my baby was brought out and I was stitched for another 15min.

In all I give glory to the almighty cos it was discovered that there is a cord around my baby's neck and the more I push the more the cord tighten the baby neck. I'm alive, my baby is alive also, I ve every reason to be happy.

You can only use an infant car seat to take your baby out of the hospital. That car seat can be used till 1yr then you progress to toddlers car seat

Dear, na sign ooo. Felt feverish too, my temperature had to be stabilized even before anything. Don't worry ok, its almost over.

We capricorn babies are the absolute best at realdentist.

So sorry about that, try to keep your spirit up for the baby's sake. Since it's a family issue, I think going to work on Monday would be a good idea so that you can get it off your mind for a few hours, also try to go to church today if you are a Christian, might help put your mind at rest. Plenty hugs.

Sis, actually no. She can use both an infant seat or convertible car seat to take her newborn home. The nurses are only required to check if she indeed has a car seat, the car seat meets the weight expectations of the baby and the seat is correctly installed.

Yes, there is the convertible carseats that can be used from birth up until 4 or 6 years (not sure). The choice pretty much depends on your choice, preference and pretty much your wallet.

I chose the infant seat because I want ease of access. I didn't wanna have to disturb my baby by taking him out of the seat while asleep after a car ride. It is easier for me to just remove the seat from its base and carry or snap into a stroller. But that will be impossible with a convertible carseat. Also, infants are supposed to ride in a carseat facing backwards until they're 2 years old in the State of California and I'm not sure how a convertible carseat will work out rear facing, I didn't even wanna try (I'm sure its gonna be uber awkward)so I went for the infant seat. The problem there is that I will have to buy a convertible seat when he's 2 years old and probably a booster seat when he is around 5 or 6 and that really sucks cos of the finances involved. But hey, safety is key. Hope that helps.

No matter what the problem is, pls focus on the positive things and cheer up. you're expecting a precious baby. that's a huge blessing. you can meet your pastor for counseling on the family issues. i'm sure u'll feel better afterwards. sometimes problems appear so big when u haven't voiced them out yet.
some days are like that; u just don't feel like going to work. u're not alone in that. but u can't always do only the things u feel like doing. u have to do what u need to do.
why not go for a scan so u see ur LO dancing around in ur tummy. that may just lift ur spirits. it's well with u.
