Episode 1 is over an hour long. It's definitely slow paced, but I was very intrigued by the end, currently on episode 2.

Yup, I see your point. It's because we don't really get a payoff. Plus, the whole movements thing during the anti-climatic moment was just odd. My exact response during that scene - "Are you f**king kidding me with this s**t?!" Well acted, well produced, but the story could have been way better.
