In the history of Nigeria, I've not heard of Igbo politician, right from councillor to the federal level that has rejected allocation from the presidency because of what you stated above.

Maybe you just posted that to have a feel-good moment. The wise ones among the Igbo are already aligning and positioning themselves towards 2019.
