Well, garlic ordinarily is a natural antibiotic and helps remove oxidative stress. So there's nothing wrong using it as it helps the body fight infection. But moderation is the key.

Follow this advice mummykrti. My Dh was also not himself when he drank it on empty stomach. I never drank mine on empty stomach. Either drank just before eating or after or during. Best wishes.

No dear, Vit C helps increase CM. All she needs to is take enough water to allow those supps work.
@ Elixir123 take note pls. Though don't know the amount of Vit C you're taking. But know that high dose vit c can induce abortion so you have to be careful with the dosage after O. The maximum I can take after ovultion is 500mg.

Why fear dey catch you. You can drink it again if your bp dey normal range. Won't advise too much at time though.

Lmao my dear the ikeja pharmacist guy said he can deliver the loreta to me only during the weekend cos I don't have time to go to ikeja. I still checked around me this evening make I kuku start on cd7 but they all don't have it, of course showing them the picture made my job easier cos it seems most pharmacies don't know what letrozole is.

Ma plz watz ur sugar level like? I hrd d juice isnt nice for low sugar level. Itz only favorable if the sugar level is kinda high or normal. Mayb u vomitted cuz d bitter don dey tire u or itz part of d cleansing. Some myt vomit others go dey poo po anyhow.
me I pooo watery stool constantly d 1st few weeks before I reduced dosage to 1cup.

400mg is ok. Yes, you can take B6 throughtout. Doesn't do any harm though prolong some people's cycle. Some use it to extend their luteal phase, So just watch it and know the next line of action. The B12 you added is also good as it helps your body absorb more of the B6. Fertility dust to us all.

So far so good. May be you took high dose. You're not supposed to exceed 1000mg if you're using it to boost fertility. Most people usually stick to 500mg for the course. I remember reading sth onbit helping Clomid work better. Try check other factors that would have affected you. Also, high dose may make the CM acidic so not recommended for ttc while normal dose will help the CM to be free just like it helps reduce crumping on the swimmers.

I'm starting this year with a renewed mind and energy to conquer this TTC wahala.
I took the second step yesterday by changing my hospital and Doctor. I have now
taken charge of my fertility issues fully. This new Doctor suggested that i may have
to undergo another HSG because the last one i did was in April last year. Last week i
had gone to make inquiries for tubal flushing, I realize that not all Gynaes approve of
the procedure. Now, I'm wondering if i should go for it anyways even though this new
Gynae says he's not in support of it. Ive been on Serrapep and others for a while now
so I'm desperate to know if the tubes are open yet but that HSG dey pain sha.

Dont concentrate on big pharmacies, u need see how I cari torchlite fin dat tin, I trek from one pharmacy to anoda, I go cari keke chatter if possible if one shop direct me go another pharmacy wey no dey dat area. I waka prepared sha, say so far e no pass 10pin, I must to grab my copy.

Tamoxifene is cheaper and easier to get
I saw tamoxifene for 6h almost every pharmacy that didn't have letrozol had tamoxifene
