Is dis hw u plan on having a sovereign state #rubbish biafrans

No need to rubbish an idea no matter how silly. They have their rights, albeit some Igbos are damn right greedy. Imagine exploiting your own kin coming home to spend the holidays with you. No fuel hike or whatsoever

Let the people too boycott traveling during the festivities and see what becomes of the transporters or better still carpool.

As an Igbo, i won't support this biafra thing until i see a real change in attitude amongst our people. Forget social media, the level of distrust amongst igbos in real life is very high.

Are you sure you are ibo. Cos I doubt if any ibo can say this. But really you are right. I wish it's possible to experiment, lets see how it works in real life.

Na this one really catch my attention:

Blessed Divine Austine wrote on his facebook page:

After cruelly exploiting their fellow Igbo brothers and sisters, they will turn around and shout "Biafra". Biafra my foot! May God never allow it to materialize. A separate state of Biafra means they will roast us like yam and plantain! God forbid! Tufiakwa..

The usual tactics is to deflect from the message by labelling Blessed Divine Austine as "Afonja". It works always with low IQ IPOD.

The most painful part of this is that our people own majority of the so called transport companies in Nigeria. This is sooooo bad.

Hausas and Yorubas help their fellow brothers far far more than Igbos help themselves..Am neither of the three tribes but i know Biafra or whatever it is called is rubbish..and the Igbos will suffer in their own hands should biafra cut out from Nigeria.Go and make enquiries, Igbos make more real money outside their geographical region and not even within the 5 core states of d SE.I just dey laugh these myopic people shouting BIAFRA..

Ayam one of them but I fear them pass anything.

Most especially when it comes to exploiting others just to make some extra change.

They accuse us of being greedy, self-centred money grabbers when we treat our own people as we would any other customer but label us as tribalists when we decide to give ourselves preferential treatment... we can never win with these people. If we had better governance on a state and federal level then we wouldn't be having these problems.

This is sign of development, demand and supply taking precedence over emotional blackmail...... If you don't have money stay at home or travel during non peak periods. Many Igbo rich men usually lay free transport to convey people home for Xmas as well, that is enough charity. Igbo are the most brotherly people, they look after the welfare of their own wherever in the world they are, so all the sour grapes commentators should look at their own circumstances first.
Biafra is just a matter of time now that Trump is in Power!!!

People say its demand and supply yes agreed. but even at that let's learn to put humanity first.

let's not suffer our fellow brothers all in the name of business. even though increase should be made it shouldn't be too much to bear. 10-20% increase should be enough not 100% haba

igbos are too greedy and desperate when it comes to money. I never trust them with money.

Instead of blaming the government of the day for the inflation in the land, some dolts are making this about Biafra. These transporters are business men and all they want is profit. They wouldn't needlessly just hike the fare for the sake of doing so. Things are bad at the moment and i don't think they would want to run at a loss. Direct your complaints to Ohanaeze Ndigbo and not private businesses.

The people that are complaining, what have they done for Igboland. They only remember that they're Igbos when they are at the other end of the stick and they use such emotional blackmail to tell us why Biafra will not work because Igbos don't love themselves bla bla bla. How about you convert your own business to a charity organization, so that other Igbo can benefit from you as well. Umu ogbanje.
wait you , what are you saying? we agree that things increased but fuel is still 150 and readily available. then why the hike from 5k to 10000 ...nna ten tausand nahira.. ah ah fear God

I was going back to school, so I wanted to board Okada. I asked the Okada man how much he told me :'150' although the normal price was 100 I asked why 150? Why? In sheer shock. The Okada man told me that it was because of people came back home for the festive period and they wanted to make more money as they would not have the opportunity to make the money. I tried to explain to the man that it was greed but he told me: let them make the money now people are desperate to go back to where the they make their daily bread. I asked 'is it that additional 50 naira that will make them rich? He said no that it was the same pattern everywhere

I'll be blunt and truthful This is why I don't want this Biafra... Is this how Biafra will be when we the Igbos are very selfish and will look for every available avenue to exploit people.. In Lagos this can never happen because in the festive period ypu can never try such nonsense. It is not only selfish it is also pure wickedness take it or leave it.. If the Biafra supporters like they should come for my head... I'll be waiting

Before when they can influence government to cause artificial scarcity of fuel during festivities to hide behind and exploit their fellow Igbos they did it successfully but now they couldn't influence Buhari to do that their evil mind is exposed.

Did Nigerians notice that we celebrated Christmas and new year without scarcity of fuel for the first time in 16 years?

#SaiBuhari
Those who should notice more did not notice. You said it well-absence of scarcity exposed the witches.
