IgbereTV reports that the Anambra Police Commissioner John Abang and his team went round Awka today to ensure compliance to the State Government’s Coronavirus directives.

IgbereTV recalls that Governor Willie Obiano had in response to the growing threat of the corona-virus pandemic, given out measures to be taken by commuters to keep themselves and Ndi-Anambra safe.

Some of the measures include submitting the manifest of all passengers coming into Anambra State to the appropriate authorities with their names, phone numbers, residential addresses and final destinations.

Other measures include that no Tri-cyclist should carry more than two passengers, while drivers of shuttle buses must not carry more than three passengers at a time.

Governor Obiano also directed that drivers of township and mini buses must not carry more than five passengers at a time.

I am afraid. I ran outta Lagos back to Anambra. Most people here think covid is just another virus meant to scare them.

One said. Carry your Lagos nonsense comot here..

My parents said they survived Influenza who is Corona.

My mum said She is drenched with the blood of Jesus...that norin will happen.

I stockpiled anyway. Had lots of sterilizers and masks bought (since I came upon a YouTube video of Wuhans dying, last Feb) with me. And I am imposing a curfew on who visits us now

If you watch foreign stations, you'll see it.

That's the N95 compliant mask. It is far more effective at keeping out tiny viruses than the regular surgical masks you see around.

They do not need to.

In fact, it is safer without the gloves.

Do not panic,
coronaVirus is not to be feared
Just observe the rules

But God will save us from bloody men

If urgent steps are not taken in the East, it would be worse than Wuhan. Compulsory lockdown and military patrol with violators shot at sight

I say this because a lot of people in the SE don't take this thing seriously. They are using faith without taking precautions.

Haven't read, heard Northern leaders taking proactive measures in curbing the pandemic.

I get so mad atimes for being Nigerian but I get relieved immediately I remember am not from the Almajiri zone.

May God keep empowering his Excellency, Governor Willie Obiano & all Southern Leaders. May they keep leading us right. AMEN.
