Another Charles Taylor in the making.
Nigeria will betray him last last
Buhari is not an Afonja. Obj betrayed him like a typical Afonja backstabber. I heard those people are descendants of Brutus.

Nigeria wants to export the crooked ways of our political class and the shallow reasoning of its office-holders to the international community.

What is the rational for granting Jammeh asylum? Is he a political refugee? The man lost an election and should step down. If he does not, he should be removed by force. Beter people than he have conceded defeat before and it did not lead to the collapse of the heavens.

Nigeria should not grant Jammeh a soft landing or aid in this illegality.

Cant we stand on principle for once?

Jammeh wont even agree ,Charles Taylor case isn't forgotten. So also the former president of chad who was later arrested in Senegal after been granted asylum.

How?, why giving this guy unnecessary recognition, he clearly lost an election. He should be severely dealt with mercilessly.

You nor list Abacha?

DIKEnaWAR:
Nigerian has become a dumping ground for failed leaders and dictators. I am going to name them.

1. Yakubu Gowon: (my auto correct spells him as "gown". I guess that's the suitable name for him) Dictator and failed leader.

2. Olusegun Obasanjosadauto correct spells him "ouse gun" apt name!) Dictator, militocrat and failed leader.

3 Shehu shagari: Democrat and failed leader.

4. Muhammad Buhari: Dictator, Militocrat and failed leader.

5. Ibrahim Babangida: Dictator and failed leader.

6. Earnest Shonekan: Figure head and failed leader.

7. Abdusalami Abubakar : Dictator and failed leader.

8. Goodluck Jonathan : Democrat and failed leader.

All these people are in a country that has not had 60years of independence. They are just of nuisance value, eating up the little resources we have for their maintenance and causing confusion in the polity.

Charles Taylor was once here after ruining Liberia. Now Yahya Jammeh is coming to join to our long list of failed leaders. My question is, has Nigeria become a retirement home for useless former leaders?

America that has had a solid 200+ years of independence only have 4 past leaders living. (Jimmy Carter, George Bush the 41st, Bill Clinton and George Bush the 43rd) Obama is going to make them 5 on 20th January and Jimmy Carter is already waving goodbye as Obama is being welcomed to the group.

Jammeh should go to Ghana biko. We are not the only country that desire peace in Gambia.

Jammeh and Charles Taylor are different. Charles Taylor was a fugitive, accused of war crimes and was wanted at the Hague, while Jammeh has not been accused of anything yet. If a crisis should break out as a result of his refusal to step down, then Hague will look into his case.

Why would any sit tight african ruler want to accept asylum in Nigeria? Nigeria of all places! What makes those dishonorable house of reps think Jameh will want to resettle in Nigeria? Have they offered the same deal to Dagora to step down for padding the 2016 budget and accept asylum? Really useless people those reps.
