Keep giving her the Nan, but also be putting her to breast often too cos if baby doesn't suck, it can reduce ur milk supply.
Pump as often as every 2-3 hours so dt ur body will be tricked to produce more milk. No matter how small it looks, dnt b discouraged...just keep pumping n feeding her often.

Been weeping, lost my son as a result of IC. I actually had a rescue cerclage but it was too late so I had premature labour, he died two hours after delivery. It's well.

Hello Mamas, i am an ardent follower of this trend, though a Husband but i have learned so much that has helped me and my wife cos like i once say we re newly wedded and expecting soon (#Team February). Pls recently my wife have been having this Bellybutton Pain that comes and go. I dont know if it a normal occurrence for expectant moms or we need to see a Doctor?

Team February how far? abeg I have questions

1. I'm 37 weeks plus 2 today. I've been eating dates and pineapples and walking up and down my estate like a homeless person. What other suggestions do you have to induce labour naturally? I don tire to dey drag belle

2. I'm having serious problem finding nursing bra in my size (except those china ones). The one I bought had the right size but when I got home e no size the boobs. Can I just buy regular bra? Must it be nursing bra?

They av said it all- I had my cerclage at 15weeks nd was placed n duphaston since 6wks till 26wks.
Mnthly antibiotics as prophylaxis- to prevent infection.
A lot of bed rest - it will be recommended based on ur history. Few wks or till delivery but better u finish school to avoid d stress.

Have you tried plenty pap, tea, pounded yam, massaging breastx with hot water.
Squeeze some bitter leaf juice and drink, 3x daily. Also eat d igbo bitterleaf soup(ofe onugbu) with pounded yam.
I hope she's not LACTOSE INTOLERANT?
Try to be calm most of all, as stress affects milk letdown
