Please which bus is good for transportation business ? Volkswagen Transporter, Volkswagen Caravelle or Mazda ?

Go for the volkswagen but that doesn't mean the Mazda ain't but the vw has got a tougher suspension, tougher engine, nice interior space, stronger body, the doors will last longer than the Mazda even with frequent sliding. But consumes more fuel but the other quality makes up for the fuel economy.
