Jesus should be considered to be a fictional character, the real one in History was a normal man who led an end of the world cult. The stories attached to him are untrue and absurd, they are so outrageous that we might as well see him as fictional. His character was created to control people, which sane man would tell people to turn the other cheek and leave their families behind, this is cult like thinking

It's more than that you should read the comparative mythology page about Jesus on Wikipedia.
It shows how various aspects of his stories where copied from other religions.
Even things like the great census and Herod's massacre are lies, because the romans kept good public records and we know that herod died long before Jesus was born and that the census never happened.
