I received my phone from geekbuying since last week it will not be fair on my part if I don't inform the house because I was not patient though and I had somehow rubbish them here.

@grandmufti thanks for your support the other I had a call issue with my phone. My discovery with the phone so far is phone doesn't receive call or end call on 2G mode it does initially when the phone is switched on but later on, call comes in you swipe the answer call and the ringtone goes silence but call not pick likewise for ending.

Although I don't use a 4G Sim, reverse is the case when I set network on LTE or 3G mode. I can pick calls and end calls with my phone. That has been my ordeal so far.

Any idea phone gurus?

Please my advice to anybody is that geekbuying is now a scam site. Be careful. Reports of broken items shipped, wrong item shipped and no item shipped is common in geekbuying. A word is enough for the wise. I had to use PayPal resolution to get my money back from them after refusing to send my items since October 2016.
The annoying thing is that it was just a power bank and 3 USB light oh!

Yeah... The only upgrading I will do is if the update is for Android N.. the phone is doing fine...

But I you have a system try the fast boot option...
Or take the risk and update... You have 80% chance since it worked for me...

I will push this issue to the seller and get feedback...

Bro, I understand your pain, power banks has been prohibited, you can't ship any power bank to Nigeria from China, no shipping company would carry it, even lately DHL refused to ship a phone from China to Nigeria.
Sorry about the issue you have gone through with Geekbuying, I haven't experienced such yet. But I would also suggest you speak to CC or even live chat Cc so that your problems would be handled quickly.
Good luck

Chinese holiday is near if are going to buy anything, I would suggest you suspend it. Most shipping companies would go on holiday, some tracking numbers would not move for a week, some two weeks. Although your items would be safe, but there's a tendency for your item to get delayed or even missing.
Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by temitimx19(m): 8:09am On Jan 18, 2017
If there's one thing I have noticed from buying from Geekbuying, Gearbest, Banggood, coolicool and sites that using PayPal to check out..
Some of them are not scared of PayPal dispute, because the know PayPal would give at least 30-60days extra.
I would suggest that if you are caught having any problems with this sites, try and resolve it with CC, escalating dispute would sometimes not only delay you and your money but also make PayPal flag your account. Once your disputes get too much on PayPal, you would be served a warning on PayPal, telling you your account would be suspended if disputes continues to be escalated..

No seller from China would sell/Ship power banks to you.. Dont buy, except you want your money to be refunded back to you.
well anyone can go ahead and prove me wrong!
It all started when batteries started exploding in their cargo planes, some post claim these batteries don't follow safety standards. China post and Sweden post where the first to put a halt in the shipping, Singapore post followed after some months, now Netherlands post stop 3 months back, although I still bought power bank which was smuggled to me and shipped by Geekbuying grin ..
You can read more about these contraband, just Google it, there are some many things that can be shipped from China unless through water ways
Have any of you ever asked why is it that Aliexpress uses only Singapore post and Netherlands post to ship phones, it's not only because they fast, it's mainly because Phones are still allowed to be shipped.
I fear in the near future, this Post might get rouge and stop shipping phones, well let's all wait and see.
