Please correct your post. UBA has been 128k for fresh graduate since 2007 or earlier. That is the ET grade. It was increased by 50% in 2014. That makes it like 200k for fresh graduate.

You should be able to separate St from ETs. STs are those working with diplomas who are aspiring for conversion.
link me with uba or any bank

You are wrong on UBA. A fresh graduate in UBA should not be less than 200k. We are talking about Executive Trainees.

Lol. Sir, I worked in UBA. and what i just stated are the confirmed figures as at 2016/2017

GCS- 80K
GT- 142
ET- 160K Plus
SET- 250K
ABO-350K ..... And so on.

So argue on what you know, not what you heard! And trust me to get to executive trainee grade in UBA could take you over 4-5 years.

The GCS and GT must be newly created grades. I am a middle management staff in the banking industry and I have had course to be part of UBA. The lowest entry level for UBA as a fresh graduate was ET and the salary was 128k for many years. My friend there told me it was increased in 2014, although he he got promotion before then and was on 350k.

They said the GCS is just a temporal grade until confirmation which is 6 months.

I just confirmed from my friend that two new grades have been created under the ET.

ET was the least grade for many years and the salary was 128k.

He was most likely promoted to ABO from ET hence his 350k salary.

The GCS grade lasts for a period of 1-2 years infact it was meant to be 2 years before one gets confirmed on that grade. The change in CEO brought about the conversion of GCS to GT within a 1 year interval provided you attain the required appraisal mark and have no disciplinary record.

You guys are the one's who enjoyed banking, when one easily got promotion.... I have lots of friend in UBA that have spent over 4 years on the GT grade.

So a GCS staff gets 2 steps' promotion to ET? Or you meant conversion to GT? BTW, I remember you from the UBA thread. What bank are you with now?
