Here is an opportunity to be a stakeholder in a fast growing agro-processing and marketing company.

Are you a young graduate awaiting NYSC, or You have interest in Farming and you can start something small and becomes great.

Location: Ogun, Osun, Oyo, Nassarawa, Benue, Zamfara, Kebbi

Role:

Identify farm settlements in your state/locality and introduce our value offerings by establishing relationship with local farmers/institutional/village heads and relevant personality in the farm settlement of operations.

Coordinate and gather farmers for serial meetings

Identify prominent farm produce in your region/locality and possible for businesses and mostly exportable quantity.

Identify other challenges encountered by farmers that have direct impact on productivity and recommend solutions for actions.

Negotiate and close deal with farmers on selling agreements and policy.

Provide agricultural extension service to farmers.

Assist farmers connect to our TractorUber service.

Provide timely report for direct intervention.

Requirements:

Very good interpersonal relationship - must be an influencer

Resident and ability to speak indigenous languages of the locations

Experience in village life and farming culture

Workplace: Village farms or Farm settlements.
