I have a BSc in computer engineering and Hnd distinction in computer engineering..... My conditions worse than anyone here ... But I am still patiently waiting... I have once been a bus conductor, I tried okada business .... I even worked at a fuel station.

My last close attempt was with the nigerian police which was just concluded

Am a guru with the system both in terms of opertion and repairs...

All through last year i hustled repairing, maintaining and handling computer systems for people so as to open a business only for MMM to sweep my hard earned money

I have qualitative experience in office administration having served in micheal okpara university of agriculture umudike abia state as an assistant lecturer cum lab attendant

Teaching is a Hobby and record keeping is an attitude which I think i have no equal on

Well i have experience in every walks of life cos i have always been independent i.e i can Do just anything.

Am in my mid 20s and i dont mind relocation....

Exactly what I needed. ..I just might find help here. I studied Civil Engineering and graduated at 20 (m not 23 yet)in 2014 with a 2:1 in Civil Engineering (that type they call 'strong 2-1). I went for service in 2015 and completed my NYSC April 2016. I went jobhunting even before completing my service and was at the biggest construction firms in Abuja. I haven't heard back till now. Now this describes my job hunting process so far:
Now let me tell you some things.....

1. KPMG (Final interview....dropped after five previous stages)
2. Access Bank (final interview at head office with head of HR....dropped again, after series of tests and interviews)
3. Concept Group ( dropped again after final interview with CEO....after three previous interviews and numerous tests)
4. Williams Akintola Deloitte(wrote test, got a success mail but I haven't heard back since October)
Standard Chartered (dropped after fourth stage
Union Bank ( didn't even invite me cos apparently they didn't get my application)
FirstBank (wrote test in December but we've not heard anything). All these plus several visits to construction sites and being met with "we're sorry".
The last yes I wrote at an investment banking firm was on Saturday 14th January, and although the result isn't out yet, I am so so optimistic cos God proved Himself as usual.
At the moment, there is nothing save for the npower thing.
I would appreciate if anyone would just help link me up. I am open to any form of written assessment or whatever might be required. Engineering or any other form of industry (as long as it is a Graduate trainee role ) would be highly appreciated.

Who's asking this question, the government?
Well, my own problem is, though I now fully live alone and fend for myself, but most people in my area look down on me like a very 'useless' and irresponsible guy simply because I'm jobless.
Not that I'm even relaxed about it though, I'm trying.
All the bills are weighing me down and the little savings I have is used up while my little hustling has not been yielding much lately.

Please anything you guys can do for us would be greatly appreciated.

I'm very good at writing and by the grace of God I've won a few essay competitions here and there and a few prizes along the line too; I have flair for reading too. I am good at speech writing, book review and editing, and apart from all that, I can do PA work quite well, and I have lots of working experience spanning many years [from my early exposure to working right from my time as a fresh school leaver]. I graduated sometime last year but I've been working even right from school, hence my working experiences.
Please I'm not selective and I will take up any job (even if the pay is not much).

Please, my hobbies are, COOKING, READING, WRITING and of course, TRAVELING.
I am willing to take up anything.
Please my email address: godwinotis@gmail.com.
Thank you all.

Have you considered writing articles for blogs? Or writing/transcription services on fiverr. You can also consider setting up a resume vetting service for proof reading CVs. You have to move into the space of what can I do with what I have (good reading / writing skills).

All the best.

I am a young man whose passion for construction and built environment knew no bounds many a time I have tried many a time I was punched on my jaws, I recalled begging an engineer who said he can't pay me more Dan #10,000 for a site supervision work of an ongoing project in Abuja, although dat was after my initial shakara he just waved it pass and ddnt reply any of my calls, chat and messages..

I am very practically resourceful, 3D (Revit expert) good drafting skills with good use of AutoCad software, excellent communication skills and can work in any field since I will be paid..

Am a HND holder in Building technology and very industrious. Email: Hismerhill72@gmail.com .. Phone no: 08037926985; 08055716694. My loyalty to anyone dat will provide help will go from generation to generations....

I am deaf with a mild hearing loss. I read economics. I finished with a very strong CGPA, above 4 points, based upon a very challenging curriculum. I have been going from one company to another to drop my curriculum vitae. Recently, I was interviewed by workforce for a contract bank job. The interviewer hurriedly concluded the interview after i told him about my hearing plight. Well, I have had a couple of similar cases.

I completed my national service scheme last year where I served as a personal assistant at 2 Brigade Nigerian Army, Port Harcourt. If Nigerian Army could delegate highly sensitive tasks to me, based upon what they considered my competencies and integrity, I see no reason why you bloody civilian employers don't give me a chance. It's not fair! I lost my mum during my service. That's my deepest pain.

I never really considered all that, perhaps I thought none [of them] would give me a chance. Another problem is, I really don't know people and I hardly go out or socialize. I'm always an indoors person and most people consider me boring. I wouldn't mind if you could give me a heads up though. Thank you. cool

Yes sir...I have tons of ideas.

Coral draw , Photoshop , PicMarkr, iconfinder, pagecrush

One of the reasons I need a job badly is to raise substantial capital for my business.

My pain is that there are no good jobs around and even if you see an opening about one, you never get to be employed mostly because you know no one or people in high places that would push buttons for you.

It's more like the advertised job openings are just for show.

I really need a job urgently, a good paying job, that's how I can be helped!

Thanks

God will surely grant your heart desires.
But if I may come in, as a lady, while waiting for a job why not engaged yourself in spiritual things like coming closer to your God. Learn one or two trade that will help you in your husband house. E.g sawing, beat-making, even cooking. See you at the top.

The only thing stopping me is a lack of opportunites caused by my class of degree. I will be going for anoda degree soon if this continues. Any job that involves writting will be perfect for me (my grammer is way too good and i love journalism). I studied a mgt course though. i guess all the maths spoilt my result (stats, maths and a lot of theory courses with calculation exams placed for them to increase failure and induce bribe). Poor me coudn't pay and so... my result! I studied economics. 07032640620

Well I'm planning if I can be supplying them equipments cos I'm bigger than a million per month job now. If you got no job, serve God 100% and see the next three months of your life!!!

That you are an indoor person sometimes can work out to your advantage, it gives you time to focus.
In today's world, you don't even need to know people in that sense.

Step 1 is identify what you are good at. Step 2 is find how you can be paid for it. Step 3. Keep on improving your skills
This is where Google becomes your best friend.
For the freelancing for example, you can google freelance writing jobs. There are sites like fiverr.com, upwork where people post services they need.

For the resume review, you can set up a site for that and even advertise it on Nairaland, and ask people to recommend you (as long as you are providing good service).

Just try to think wide is my advice. And don't be afraid to start small.
