Haloz mama ekene. I had my twinnies preterm and we used size 2 for them because we couldn't even find size 1. Size 2 was big but it did d job. If you can get size 1, it would be ohk.
Don't worry about premmie size.

May tow this line and skip the preemie size if I don't get them, please what were their birth weight?

They were both 1.5kg at birth

After a daughter who is 6 years old and 5 miscarriage .Our God is never late. To all waddling mums it will end in praise, to our Atc sisters this is your year because your case is different. I was discharged today. Legs swollen but doing great. Breast milk coming out already (Baba God did it)

I actually use Nycil for my baby
As for the flask, I use Dragon Totem flask. It keeps water hot for 3days. I got it as a wedding gift but a mama here mentioned that she saw it for 15k.

I'm 11weeks pregnant now and having severe headache which is giving me problem. I went to my doc, he said no cause for alarm and shouldn't worry.

What might be the cause and possible solution?

your doc is right...I also had similar issue at first trimester... just manage it 4 little while it will stop wen ur enter 2nd trimester.
