This man was most likely killed somewhere else were he was undressed. The absence of blood also lends support to that theory. Probably killed for ritual purposes and than dumped in the middle of the road where another car would have smashed him further. My one kobo

Something is wrong somewhere, no blood trail and was he walking around unclad before being crushed. That man was first murdered somewhere then the killers dumped his body on the busy road
