According to a Facebook user, Christian Mfon Jornsen, the first rain of the year in Port Harcourt, wrecked havoc to properties. Mr. Jornsen shared the photos on his Facebook page with the status update;

''First rain of the year...
Lucky me. I was about passing this route when it showed signs of rain. I decided to wait up a client. Then this...
We are rich enough to run all these lines underground with proper regulations but all Government knows both past and present is to steal funds...
Youths, we need to arise... I'm not going to ask y'all to pray as usual....''
