Even if you were invited to come and warm chair, do put on a suit. You've made it this far, don't allow something trivial make you lose out.

IMO, the only time one can dress casual is during aptitude test.

I just got a success mail from sterling bank. I wrote my test in Enugu

The chat or the interview so to say is just to hear you speak..... The first question is always can we meet you.... Followed by either y do you want to work with sterling bank or where do you c yourself in 5years time. Lastly is do you have any question for us.
