Assuming it's true as u claim that $108 was earned pb of oil,we should also assume $50 or more of it was looted and another $25 was mismanaged. So only abt $33.0 was used to run Nigeria. Compare that to the current average of $50 which is wholly used prudently and without corruption. Does it add up? We should be doing much better under the Buhari govt nah, haba. It's high we started being truthful so God can have mercy on Nigeria.
