No be small belle today february 2nd, carry oo. I and DH decided to kpekus at 12a.m of all the oddest hours, just for kpekus sake, na hin one kain "BHicks" contraction start wey I no understand oo. Didn't sleep till this morning. Only for me to visit the hospital to complain, na hin dem kidnap me oo.

Zara Akuchukwu Okom, weighing 3.3kg (yes, scan lied!) de with us since about 11am as I de knack una this gist soo with no episiotomy but 3 tiny tears sha. Now I don't know if there can be a more complete BS to sama for later.
I don hand over the baton for super-supernatural delivery to other february mamas. God bless us all.

Will try it Thank you

mooretes:
Ingredients
Millet/jero
Dry ginger
Kanafuru/ cloves
Dry pepper
Dried denkeli/sweet potato (optional)
Sugar to taste
1 liter of boiling water
1 liter of cold water

Unfortunately i cant give you measurements as I tend to eyeball it. You need to b careful of how much cloves you add as it can quickly change the taste. Pepper should be added according to how 'hot' you want it.

Method

Soak jero, ginger, cloves, pepper and denkeli (optional,i hardly use it) overnight. Wash until clear and soak again (total of 2 days)

Blend all ingredients.

Pour into a big bowl, take 1 cup out
Add the hot water to the bowl and mix ). Bring to boil (5 mins - 8mins, this part is guestimation i really im sorry as ita second nature) let it cook as you would pap/ogi/custard

Add the one cup back in with the cold water
Mix everything together and the using a cheesecloth or sieve or an organza fabric, remove the chaff. Your drink is ready. Add sugar to taste. You can freeze it in small bottles or keep in the fridge.

I probably didnt give the best way as i jiat make it anyway. Grew up in the north so enjoyed loads of northern food and kind of just knew the process but not how much of each ingredients you would require.

Today, I just make it when I feel like it and most especially in the summer.

I've heard people use it to increase milk supply. I havent tried this but to each their own.

Team february how waddling no birth alert yet. Lets keep it rolling in before team March take over. Team february the lord is our strength oh. I wake up everyday anxious to see my 1st seed but only God know the appointed day. Maybe we all want to give birth to valentine children.

2. Royal Infirmary Hospital, Badore,Ajah
3. Victoria Island Consultancy Services
4. J.Rapha hospital, Owode, Ajah

J. Rapha is the hospital that my colleague's wife gave birth to in 2012 and she complaned that after giving birth that the Dr didn't wait for the placenta to come out, the Dr put his hand inside her virgi.nal and pulled it out not kwning that all the palcenta didn't come out and she was discharged. When she got home she started complaning of weakness and dizziness, according to her the tin that help her is agbo that she mix with dry gin after some days the remaining half of the placenta fall off.
Other mama will give more advise on the hospital list.

Note: it maybe the Dr on duty fault and not the hospital fault.

Only for doctor to measure my bump wit take and said baby is growing at a slow pace...hian..naim I weak...he asked me to do scan...which I did oo...evryfin turned out to be fine, scan measured me to be 31weeks...baby weight 1.6kg...position.. Cephalic & longitudinal lie...so doctor said she's OK..its just DAT she's on d small side...my heart don fly ... I take my prenatal drugs and eat well so I ahdnt be having an underweight baby...at d same time I thank God she's not so big..bcs I don't even want cut or tear .lol...

Mamas DAT haven't updated sex or age or both shd plz do....it is well with us...pray God gives us strength and garace to carry our baby to term and deliver like d Hebrew women...amen.

Only for doctor to measure my bump wit take and said baby is growing at a slow pace...hian..naim I weak...he asked me to do scan...which I did oo...evryfin turned out to be fine, scan measured me to be 31weeks...baby weight 1.6kg...position.. Cephalic & longitudinal lie...so doctor said she's OK..its just DAT she's on d small side...my heart don fly ... I take my prenatal drugs and eat well so I ahdnt be having an underweight baby...at d same time I thank God she's not so big..bcs I don't even want cut or tear .lol...

Mamas DAT haven't updated sex or age or both shd plz do....it is well with us...pray God gives us strength and garace to carry our baby to term and deliver like d Hebrew women...amen.

We gallant well. My baby can dance abi play for Africa but anyways we give God all d praise and honour for d strength so far.

Thanks. I've been thinking positively but don't want to take risks being a ftm so I'm at the hospital already. The doctor has checked that Lo is fine through a scan and has prescribed medications for me. Thanks.
