Yes (0.5mg). I divide the 0.5mg into 2, half taken on monday and the other half on Friday. Since u have taken a dose yday, u have to wait till next friday. I wish u d best and u can mention me anytime u need my attention, i will always be available to answer. Take care

I told u guys I went to complete my hsg on Wednesday. It wasn't that painful as the first attempt cos I took ibuprofen. It was also fast. My result is out. Abeg make our sabi mamas help me interpret am as I no see d doc wey suppose interpret am today being Saturday.

Result;
VOlume of uterine cavity is adequate and the borders are smooth. Both tubes are demonstrated with evidence of free potential spillage.

Bt he said he is divinely directed am his wife and doesn't give enemies time to plan.
B4 he came, Like mummyjj, there was a time I withdrew to my shell. Stopped attending social function , even church services cos I was tired of ppl asking me to settle down. Withdrawing to ur shell doesn't solve any problem ...MBA! Being unhappy makes d devil dance azonto on top ur case cos he thinks he is winning. He wants u to be unhappy, so make him angry by being happy. When ur kids see u as happy, they will be eager to come forte.

That same God that surprises the hopeless will still surprise all of us especially fvine and mummyjj. Just do the right things, be of good cheer and remember to praise him for giving u ur expectations.

Do all doctors recommend tubal flushing?

@curvilicious you have to be careful with baking soda. I think it can reduce blood flow during AF, not sure. But since it helps for people that usually experience heavy flow due to fibroids, what may one think it does?
Next time you're on af, try taking pineapple, watermelon, Ginger, garlic. These helps reduce cloth and increase flow.

Good morning fruitful mamas In the house. Happy Sunday to you all. I want to say a BIG Amen to all the prayers. I receive all with faith and know that God has heard already. Wedding bells will ring infact sooner than I even expected in the mighty mighty name of Jesus, for all my loved ones too waiting on the Lord. I'll be in Canaanland today and will buy after service to share as my own seed sowing into the lives of those who would love to read the book. When I'm back, I'll come post again. Today is the end of the month Thanksgiving for marriage baby dedication and even the answered prayers during the 21days fasting and prayers of January. I also HV vit b( not sure where I kept it. Please which of the above are TTC friendly and what time of the cycle can they be taken?

mamatwiny,evening primerose should be stopped immediately u suspect u have ovulated.I.e it is ideal for cd1 to cd 14.shdnt be used after ovulation cos it causes contraction n may distrupt implantation.vit b complex can be taken at anytime u might as we'll want to add folic acid 400mg as it is advisable for woman of childbearin to take it.I wil advise u stop vit C cos I kinda heard it induces abortion

I've been down with malaria and typhoid.was treating only malaria b4 d test done on Saturday confirmed its even d typhoid DT is very high. Hubby insisted I must attend church cos I need to be treated medically n spiritually. I was asking myself how I got malaria and typhoid despite they say bitters clears all. Why ruzu no clear this one? Its been long I had typhoid.
