You would make a presentation before a panel and they'll also ask you questions concerning your personality, why you want to work in the bank, the location you would like to work and questions concerning anything else that picks their interest on your CV. Also try to have an idea about the banking industry as well as the bank itself. All in all, confidence is key. Don't be too serious, smile, laugh. The panel are quite friendly.

If you wrote the workforce test on 3rd of Dec and still waiting for any feedback it maybe time to move on because they have been invited for training school by Monday. Wish you success in all your endeavours.

the last feedback i got was a success mail 2months ago and that was after going tru 4 stages of the process..just like to know anyone at this stage as well
