I have been seeing photos of the protests and sadly, I must say the Buhari-led government were able to suppress it. The turnout was poor compared to the level of publicity it got.

Fellow Nigerians, When will you fight for your rights?

Where are you aat the moment? If you are not live at the protest, don't come here to talk. Talk is cheap.

I have done that so many times. But sadly, I haven't been in the country for some time now. Buhari's policies is making it hard to get the funds to come home.

We don't need to wait for any celebrities to start revolution in Naija.

The Arab spring was never started by a celebrity and yet their voices was heard and things turn around for 'good' is some countries and turn the other way for others.

We just need to start this revolution from our streets, we have millions of street in this country not necessarily gathering in TBS or Stadia already guarded by securities.

Our voice must be heard. Am happy I voted GEJ (Clueless) out and I still have that same power and voice to vote Buhari (Dullard) out.
Bros u dey vex o! U no even dey for anybody.

That's what we need though, politics without partisanship/party affiliations...

With pple like u, naija go beta again. Bless u!

Abeg, stop being economical with the truth, how did the government suppress it; was anyone stopped or arrested for protesting peacefully?

The government may have made overtures, through her various agencies, to discourage the protest but no one can truthfully claim that it outrightly suppressed it.

The truth is that, not many ppl believed in the credibility of the organisers or just couldn't be bothered; 2face also probably did more damage to the whole thing when he expressed fears for the planned protest was over dangers of it being hijacked by others for the wrong reasons - how many Nigerians in this hard time would therefore want to waste their time over some ppl who would eventually use them as mere launching pads for themselves or immediate interest groups?
