A colleague want to sell his used Infinix X551 to me. He want N19, 500 for it. How much should i offer him, please i need your advice.
Note: He has been using it for more a year.

Why not add N10,500 and get a brand new Itel S11? Believe me bro, that phone rocks. I just got one @ 30k. Front and back camera is 5Mp! But believe me bro, the 5MP is better than some phones that parade 15Mp. Try it.
