Baba is enjoying all the perks of office without lifting a finger. That is a good retirement move albeit selfish if you ask me.

Blame the folks that threw up a senile grandpa to replace an ineffectual and incompetent GEJ. Nigeria needed a good alternative but Tinubu presented and sold Buhari to gullible Nigerians. Historically, Buhari had never been anything ascribed to him without Idiagbon.
