NewNigeriaMind:You waste too much time n intelligence enlightening these diehard tribalist. Please visit any Diamond bank and count how many Yoruba is employed and compare that to any Yoruba owned banks with the percentage of Igbos employed. The Igbo that make my dress have two different offices, I can argue I am one of his most valued customers this guy operate around Ajah with about 10 employees no one is a Yoruba but I still deal with him. That is how tribalistic this people are but when you play them at their game they shout discrimination. If Yoruba discriminate so much will the HausaFulani have it's own communities of Sabos in nearly every neighboured ? Will the Igbo shouting discrimination still continue to troop in from the East ? Please ask the people of the NigerDelta / Middlebelt what discrimination they have faced living n doing business in YorubaLand ? Is it not a curse that it is only Igbos that complain about Hausa witching hunting them after they slaughtered the Prime Minister and Premier both northerners. They probably expected the HausaFulanis to praise n congratulate them on that. At another time they were shouting NigerDeltans took over their properties and now it is Yoruba who they litter it's land that are now after them. Is it not glaring that the problem of the universe is on this Igbos ? It is the same Igbo that was chased from South Africa during xenphopic attacks where they threatened to wipe the young men of that society with hard drugs. They are they ones that will complain about Germans, Chinese, Canadians, Australians, British, Arabs, Malays and what have you. Anywhere their dubious evil act is being limited they cry foul, fulish set of people. |

@op, I love your success story but you are wrong that all Yoruba discrimate. Let me state it here that every tribe discrimate but the level of discrimation was not the same. Be informed that Yoruba are the most peace loving & accomodating tribe ever liveth on earth. Go to Computer Village, Ikeja to see that Igbo accomodate 90% of shops over there. Go to Queen Cinema, Ekotedo Ibadan to see that the story was the same. Its good that you are back home & wish that your kinsmen can follow your footstep. Its good to travel outside one's domain but its wise to have investment back home. The likes of Genieve Nnaji prefers to have huge investment in Abuja but no single investment in Imo State(her hometown). |

Lagos is already over congested and the rent is just beyond outrageous. New businesses often fail in Lagos because of capital need to set up in a big way is simply lacking for newbies. Anyone that wants to lay a solid foundation for himself should go to Awka, Asaba, Owerri or Umuahia. Even Onitsha, Port Harcourt and Aba are almost too full now. The north could have been a viable option, but If you try the north, you do so at your own peril. |

ayokellany:Nigeria is not likely to make any meaningful progress with Eboes in their midst. When Nigeria is tired of them and realise their mistake of keeping hemt, no one will teach Nigeria before they start to chase Eboe saboteurs away |

| Re: True Story Of Nairalander Who Relocated From Lagos To Anambra State by Habakus: 6:48pm On Nov 22, 2017 |
Danladi7:Not quite. You seem not to understand the concept of "no man's land". That is a tag most emerging cities in Nigeria, and all over the world, would have to live with. The issue of ownership of Lagos is another issue altogether. I assure you, however, that there are core facts as to the first inhabitants of Lagos . When you insist on a United Nigeria, and have even gone to war because of that, but goes ahead to see some certain people as visitors, then there lies the problem. |

CrtlAltDel:Wait until PH sea port, Calabar Port, Onitsha and other Ports around the east becomes fully operational, you will see how many Igbos will leave Lagos. The paramount interest of an average Igbo man anywhere he goes is opportunity to make it in life The more the opportuinity is made available around the east the more they come home. Don't worry we will soon get there. |

I told her what matters is prompt payment, she refused, I was managing the small space for months the shop was still empty because of ridiculous price she placed, one faithful day she called me and asked me if I'm still interested I said yes, we negotiated the price I paid her, I used one side for repair and the second for sales, I employed an assistance, I package the shop installed AC and my business was doing well, what I now noticed was my landlady started keeping malice, when ever I greet her she doesn't respond, I called her son and complained to him, he assured me to speak with his mum, honestly I didn't know the reasons why she started showing malevolent towards me, I'm not owing her of any bills, one day she called me and asked me to remove the AC I installed, which I did, still yet she wasn't satisfy, I started noticing white substance in-front of my two shops, I always pray over it and start my business, I had accident twice with my car, the last incident that happened the car airbags pulled out, I don't know how she got the information, my neighbor heard her soliloquising, that I will know the kind of person she is, she tried all she could to hurt me but she didn't succeed, what she did was to give me quit-notice, I had to vacate her shops it was a very big challenge to get shop around, I had to relocate to Ajah Oke Ire kekere, the landlord asked me to pay for three years I pleaded with him to reduce the price to two yrs he insisted for three yrs rent, since I was desperate my option was limited, I had to pay, fixed the shop tire, paint etc. business there was very slow for days no sale and repair, because of Ajah holdup majority of my customers find it difficult to come to my new location, my major problem there became hoodlums, where I relocated to was shopping complex, one day thieves came to our complex bugled all shops up stair including my, stole my goods left no trace crossword clue
