Dangote as a brand is one I run from. Totally empty, no form of corporate governance ,nothing. I can never encourage my worst enemy to work there. Can't buy their products even if it is the only alternative available.

I work with dangote transport and i must say dangotes action is connected to the recesion currently being experienced in the country.
I must confess that things is no longer how it use to be. Trucks are no longer loading as it use to. When the going was fine, a minimum of 300 truck load of cement is dispatched from the factory daily but what we have now is nothing to write home about.
I feel for the Truck officers laid off cos is not easy securing a new employment in times like this.

The action was so inhuman .....

You're lying here, both Obajana and Ibese still load 400 trucks each on a good day. This is apart from the Ghana trucks, this is besides private trucks that come from the outside. Recession doesn't affect Dangote Cement in anyway as the plants still struggle on daily basis to meet customers' demand due to non availability of enough trucks.
May be you didn't know, let me tell you again: we find it difficult to meet customers' demands everyday as we always have surplus ATC on ground. So, what recession and poor loading are you talking about?
I doubt it very much that you're in transport.

You see now, you finally came out in the open. Diverting Cement trucks! To where? How possible? And you earlier claimed that you were in transport department! If you were in the transport department, you would have known that diversion of trucks is impossible even by DDT.
Concerning the issue of trying to sell tyre by one TO, you will only end up exposing yourself as a sadist if you use misdeed one person out of almost 900 TOs to judge the rest. That's still a fair statistics as all of us didn't come from the same background. STM had been caught, FM was caught, FA was caught in the past but they didn't use the misconducts of those ones to judge the rests. Why would you hang to that in the case of TOs who are much more in numbers than STMs, FMs and FAs put together?
It was supposed to be a scheme and it would have worked out but they changed it to permanent employment midway. That's how the issue of sustainability came in. Meanwhile, if you will agree with me that the whole sacking stuff had more to do with the sustainability than your petty allegations of trucks diversion and tyre selling at the accident scene, only then will I take you to be a sincere person.

2. You "questioned" when the 800 were being recruited but you think they'll all keep quite and go when the expected happens.

@Roseey0 its not posible for over 800 graduates to commit an offence at the same time and ALL terminated on same day, without query or warning.
Besides, even if there were Judas' amongst them they should have identified and sacked only the offenders and not throw out the poor graduates all at once.
