What a pity! An old fool somewhere above me which i wouldn't like to keelhaul said and i quote: "At the end, it won't be about this discrepancies but how well did they affect the election result". What is now the basis of the recounting if not to fish out discrepancies?

Simple...maybe when PDP is done counting, APC shd also ask for the votes from the PDP strongholds to b counted to, then u wl c lyt in the position of the person u mentioned @ xxgig

As much as I support Iyamu's exercise of his constitutional right to seek redress, supposing that these irregularities shd automatically be a valid ground for invalidation of the election in ur opinion bothers on the realm of incongruity as ONLY the court can determine if the irregularities are weighty enough and non-marginal for the cancellation of the election! So take a chill pill!

All these recounting are immaterial cause the final tally would stil show that apc won the polls but with a much lower margin.what the discrepancies shows is that apc won but the figure was over bloated and padded up.apc won the polls by a margin of about 70,ooo acodin to inec but am sure afte the recount,it would show that apc won with between 10,000 to 30,000 votes

i never said it wont affect the election result, but to what extent? This discrepancies which party benefited more from it? If we make deductions what will the result be like? There are the questions that will need to be answered before judgement.

i have worked with inec on three different elections, and i have never had to manipulate result for any party. I have followede series of election cases, and its on this premise i made my point. And not in support or against any p. party or candidate. My altimate desire is to see my state move forward.

...... My dear at the end it should be about the discrepancies .. as massive as they are, it will be funny for anyone to believe that even the so called counted votes are legit. I think the issue really should be about the legitimacy of the process not necessarily about who will or looses..... Its very unfortunate that we still see things like this... Really unfortunate .
