Its less than fifteen minutes from the Cairo International Airport and has an overview of some parts of Cairo. The facility has a five Star Hotel, Cultural Center, Indoor Sports Halls, Swimming Pool for athletes and Amusement Park for kids.

He toured the center with friends like Iykosky Chucks Nwokedi, Lorde Sarduana Verbinsky and Paul Ezeka(FC Ifeanyi Ubah Media team),Chairman FC Ifeanyi Ubah Mr. Chuma Ubah, Ex-International Mr. Chikezie Iloanyasi, FC Ifeanyi Ubah Team Manager Mr. Jonathan J. Igwe, Head of Sales and Merchandise FC Ifeanyi Ubah Mr. Emmanuel Ogwueleka, Building Engineer incharge of the construction of the Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah Games Village, Women and Youth Development Centre Engr. Arinze Akoh and an ardent Fan of FC Ifeanyi Ubah who came all the way from Angola to Nigeria during the first leg and also joined the team to this return leg trip, Mr. Okwuosa Chinedu Jude.
