I did not receive December and January allowances and when they sent me a message to go to my state (ebonyi) npower office for the update, they collected 1k from everyone who had same problem and another 500h for what they called digitization. But till now they have not updated the profiles...

My npower profile is nt displaying UPDATE, so hw can I update, all I see is, change password, while the others remain intact. No room for updates, so what do I do? Cos i av nt been paid for January.

How can you explain the fact that the update options are not active for some time now and they claim that they are the only ones who have the pins for the update. Npower should make the options available. I even tried to select my device but the option is not available on my profile. I sent messages but now responses, called to no avail.

I've done that severally, My details were even marked. Yet nothing.

They keep telling me to report to where I was posted, which will cost me tfare of almost #500 per day. I tried going for sometimes, Now I can't continue cos nothing looks promising anymore. Not sure if I will ever be paid.

I believed in this so much, it's a pity this is happening.

Akwa ibom state has been omitted on npower project, cuz none of us has gotten December stipent not to talk of January, no hope for February, because no one seems to give us hears. Well we still thank God for sustenance.
