u can use courier express 5 working days with 10700 for documents

DHL in Universities in Nigeria charge around 12k. For example in uniben.

Hmm, according to the information i have gathered from this thread, nipost is too slow and might not get there on time. dhl is much more reliable but if you insist. is alright

I am suprised as estonian that euroacademia do not accept eletronical version of your documents....

N150 - N700, Depends on the weight and if you register it, my advice is don't register it.

I'm talking out of experience, you letter go reach in 5-7 working days, same delivery time as DHL. Just that u won't be able to track it with nipost..
