Who's talking about whether it's the best phone or not. Ask Samsung the impact the note 7 had on their brand image as well as to their purse and you'll know what I mean. Over 3 million units were returned and Samsung executives even had to kneel down and apologize at a press briefing. That alone should tell u how massive a fk up it was.
