He's lean and dull too. You should be happy he didn't hide it pretty well like they do. From the look of things and the location of the cage, it could be suffering from pneumonia.
Take it to a vet who knows about birds. Bird owners sometimes give their sick birds tetracycline mixed in their water.
I won't advise you to do that tho, unless you have no choice.

Try a younger and a different parrot this time. Maybe a senegalese parrot. They're stronger and cheaper, though smaller. Around 10k.

Awww....sorry. I can't even imagine how I'll feel if mine dies after staying with us for 4 years.

I think u were too touchy touchy with d parrot. When u get another, u just let it be and just play wit it from d cage and don't force it outside if it's not ready yet. And stop with all these processed packaged food as well. just buy grains from the market yourself and fruits too. mostly apples. mine can finish a whole apple.
