Nollywood actress, Omoni Oboli is currently in Gauteng, Johannesburg in South Africa for her ongoing movie project which have put her whole household on prayer alert for her safety, following xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in the country.

The ace filmmaker and movie star shared a screenshot of her WhatsApp convo with her driver named Seyi in Lagos who has sent her prayers and well wishes for her safe return.

The Nigerians in South Africa, are they tied down with a rope or something there? it does not matter what you do for a living in an hostile society, that will compare to your life.

Same thing that happens to a certain tribal people getting attacked in the Northern part of Nigeria. They always say we are " ESTABLISHED" there, so dont want to leave. Are you guys serious? so the material things you have established is more important than you and your family's lives? The South African's dont want you guys in the Country,then please leave and seek greener pasture elsewhere.

Nigerians have become a hunting trophy for them, and the attacks will not stop.

Very weak comparison. Nigerians in South Africa are in a foreign land. Nigerians in Nigeria are in their homeland, why should they not be entitled to live where they want? Rather than addressing the issue, you are blaming the potential victims. Good job.
