Incase you don't know legal age for consensual sex in the western old is 16.
Legal age for marriage in Nigeria is 14.

Sir she is 16 therefore she is a minor...You cannot mention western as if it was all western that legalize consensual sex age to be 16..some still maintain 18.... what you should have told and I would have believed you was that it depends on jurisdiction and application,...Besides, every thing must not be sex..Can she vote in Nigeria and be voted for?...the west that you mentioned, can she go to a bar and drink alcohol at 16? ....She needs parental guidance

Yeah u r right it's by location, I just meant some advanced places won't see her as a minor.
We are talking sexuality here as implied by the comments and her provocative dressing.
She can decide to have sex and the person sleeping with her won't get into problem,

So what I meant by not being a minor is if truly she is above 16 or 16, outside her parents financing her, she can make her own decisions and the person she is making it with, won't be arrested except that person is a Guardian or a teacher to her.

The bottom line of what am saying is this things we are seeing today, we laid the foundation yesteryear. When we were busy glamour sing glamour girls et al little did we know what this generation had in store for us
