1. My username does not appear when searched for using the search field on Fiverr.
2. My average response time went from 3 hours to 9 hours after Fiverr system maintenance of 28 Feb - 01 March.
3. I am unable to add more languages to my Fiverr account.

Got a buyer who requested a custom order, my niche is resume, cover letter and LinkedIn optimisation, he later sent a zip file which i couldn't even extract, though i only saw page 1 of 9 and worked on the first page alone, i deliver 1-2 pages for $5 but now he got 9 pages (though its just reformatting, could still do the job as an extra but he is not sending doc or pdf and not replying), how can I do mutual cancellation so as not to affect my rating? let me also attach the file, anyone that can help extract the CV content please. Since yesterday, the guy hasn't said anything either about the new audio file or finalising the project....What do you advise I do?

He saw my gig and knew there was no video, accepted payment, did what he did and came to feed me the 'No gig video' trash.

I made it simple for him. Told him on 27/0217 to refund my money. Till today, he has not said a word.

I can say I have experienced almost all kinds or types of buyers.. even this one.

What I normally do is to weigh how much is at stake. Because, as you know, in our job, we spend a great deal of time cooking up stuff in the studio, and for how much - $5

So, I get to compare the amount of time I had expended on that order, and getting everything to perfection, with the excuse of my buyer. Only for a boss-wanna-be buyer to think he can order me around?

1. Send the same audio file agin, telling him you have removed the noise.

2. Or Tell him, the order is perfect. And so he should accept and pay you the money. Unless he wants you to report him to the admin for not wanting to pay for a service delivered.

3. Never accept cancellation

These points are valid...And just to think of the price is the ridiculous dimension, but one is quite optimistic it gets better with time.

BTW, it was a custom order which he accepted even before the recording started. [Guess he pays to Fiverr before service as escrow].

My concern is his deafening silence as he was on me like every 30minutes to deliver the gig ASAP. Now he's gotten and gravely on mute.

He hasn't initiated any cancellation move (guess I'll receive such notification) and I guess Fiverr will mark it completed after 3 days...Shebi I'll collect my money after this? *Now thinking about his review.

Fact is: Staying online for a long time on Fiverr is a good step to getting orders.


The best bet is to try and be online as often as you can.

I have 100% response rate and 1 hour average response time. Believe you me, it matters a lot.

As for buyers request, simply lower your price and you are good to go - Not a guarantee.

Ordinarily i shouldnt respond to this but i will...
On all my posts both on fb and NL about gig ranking, i always state that if all other conditions (which includes gig description, gig video which helps a lot, good image, last time you got an order which i will tell you to buy review if its been a while you got order, how much you stay online...) on your gig are correct, your gig will rank and sell well as from 4 days after i begin the ranking service.

Now you dont expect repeat these to everyone who contacts me ...

you obviously saw my posts before contacting me and you claiming i didnt mention gig video to you hold no water.

what i expected you to ask is how to get a gig video which you will create for free yourself... but you were asking me to refund you... really?
