MTN Nigeria has decided to stop the popular Voicemail and Missed Call Alert services effective March 6, 2017. With the MTN Who Called and Notify Me, the network keeps you informed of calls you missed while your phone was switched off or unreachable, also sending you an SMS message when a number you could not reach becomes available. Read more on that by clicking this Find the notice sent to its staff below: "This is to inform you that the Management has taken a decision to shut down Voicemail and Missed Call Alert services, effective March 6. In view of this, all customers using these services have been notified by sending the below messages to them: For Voicemail users: Dear Customer, please be informed that the Voicemail service will no longer be available, effective March 6. Apologies for the inconveniences For MCA users: Dear Customer, please be informed that the Missed Call Alert service will no longer be available, effective March 6.
