My major objection to Obamacare is that it rewards those making less money and those unemployed and punishes those who are making more and are employed. The old system was a lot better than this in my opinion. Under the old system, if you had pre existing conditions you shop around for insurance, there were many providers. Pregnancy was never a pre existing condition rather having a complicated pregnancy was one. Such as HIV parents trying to have HIV free babies or pregnancies with more than 2 fertility such as triplets. The old system was not perfect and everyone agreed that somethings needed to change but this monstrosity called Obamacare is not the answer. Yes 20 million more people have coverage but at the expense of over 50 million people. The Obamacare model is not sustainable as more and more providers would just choose not to participate. This is not what was promised, we were promised AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE, 8000 dollars per year without adding deductibles is not AFFORDABLE!

Please lets deal with facts and not hearsay. Your average surgery costs 20k? Na appendix you dey remove? Let me tell you, if you are involved in a ghastly car accident with broken bones and spend a week or more in the hospital, your bill will easily run into the 100 thousands.

Please quit the bragging and remove your credit score. No one cares. A lot of us also have excellent crefit histories. With the old system, one major incident could run you bankrupt and tank your score.

Again stop using hearsay. In the old system a lot of pregnancies were prexisting conditions. The only exceptions were if you got married and your spouse already had the insurance. As a single mum, if you got pregnant before your new job or insurance they had the right not to pay for the pregnancy. They did in many cases because i know quite a few.

You say in the old system, you could shop around with pre existing conditions. You are a joker. Yes you could shop around but would be denied because the insurance companies only wanted to make profit.

Pray you never fall ill and require major medical attention because your arrogance is disheartening. I know a couple with 890k dollar bills on their head that just decided to move back to nigeria because of constant harrassment from bill collectors.
